Sydney-listed The BetMakers Holdings (TBH), formerly TopBetta Holdings, has completed the sale of its retail businesses TopBetta and MadBookie to operator PlayUp for AUD$6m.
Following an initial agreement in April, PlayUp has taken over the running of the TopBetta and MadBookie’ betting businesses effective July 1st.
TBH has received a non-refundable payment of $3m from PlayUp and has agreed to extend the payment term of the remaining $3m until September 30th.
