London-listed gaming operator Jackpotjoy plc has reported a 15 per cent increase in revenue to £269.0m for 2016, benefiting from organic growth across its business segments, despite a year of significant change for the company.

The company described 2016 as a year of transformation for the group, culminating in Jackpotjoy plc becoming the parent company of Intertain, and its admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange in January.
