Stockholm-listed gaming operator Betsson has reported a 10 per cent increase in revenue to SEK1,102.0m (€115.1m) for the first quarter of 2017, with continued growth from its online casino offsetting a decline in sportsbook and other products.

Casino revenue grew 23 per cent year-on-year to SEK822.9m, including a SEK7.0m contribution from recently acquired acquisitions NetPlay TV and Premier Casino which completed during the quarter. The casino vertical now represents 75 per cent of total revenue, up from a 67 per cent share a year ago.
