Stockholm-listed gaming operator Cherry has seen revenue soar 205 per cent to SEK541.4m (€56m) for the first quarter of 2017, following strong performances from its online gaming businesses.

The company recorded significant growth from its online B2C business, which has been renamed ComeOn and now represents 84 per cent of total revenue, while there were year-on-year improvements for Cherry's B2B businesses Game Lounge, XCaliber, and Yggdrasil Gaming. This offset a 5 per cent decline in revenue from the land-based restaurant casino business.
