Milan-listed gaming operator Snaitech has reported a 3 per cent increase in revenue to €227.4m for the first quarter of 2017, following growth in the company's core gaming machine business as well as online.

Total wagers for the period fell by 3 per cent to €2.68bn, with gaming machines representing 68 per cent of the total with €1.83bn, although this was down 7 per cent year-on-year.
