PokerStars-owner The Stars Group (formerly Amaya) has reported a 7 per cent increase in revenue to US$305.3m for the second quarter of 2017, benefiting from continued growth in its online casino and sportsbook.

Online poker revenue fell by 6 per cent year-on-year to $202.9m and represented just under two-thirds (65.5 per cent) of the company's revenue during the quarter, compared to a 75.5 per cent share a year ago.
