Stockholm-listed live dealer specialist Evolution Gaming has reported a 30 per cent increase in revenue to €51.6m for the first quarter of 2018, representing the company's 18th consecutive quarter of growth.

Evolution said the demand for live casino games was generally high over the quarter, with the number of bet spots from end users increasing by 55 per cent to 3.1bn. 

"Overall, the first quarter of 2018 has been characterised by growth and profitability in line with our expectations, considering the ongoing investments in both new studios and games," said chief executive Martin Carlesund.
