Athens-listed gaming supplier and betting operator Intralot has reported a 4 per cent increase in turnover to €280.7m for the first quarter of 2018, with its licensed B2C operations representing nearly 70 per cent of the total.

Intralot said that its systems handled €6.3bn of worldwide wagers during the quarter, although this was down 2 per cent year-on-year with growth in Africa, Eastern Europe and South America offset by declines in Asia, Western Europe and North America.
