London-listed gaming technology provider and B2C operator Playtech has reported a 54 per cent increase in revenue to €1,240.4m for 2018, buoyed by the first contributions from acquired Italian operator Snaitech.

Revenue from the company’s Gaming B2C division soared by 744 per cent to €593.2m in 2018, benefiting from a €511.9m contribution from Snaitech, which helped to offset a 14 per cent decline in Gaming B2B revenue to €566.0m.
