Pennsylvania’s licensed sportsbooks collected total wagers of $108.0m in the first quarter of 2019, benefiting from a record performance in March.

Total sports wagers in March increased by 41 per cent compared to the previous month to $44.5m, with eight licensed operators now live in the market following the opening of the FanDuel-powered sportsbooks at Boyd Gaming’s Valley Forge Casino Resort on 13 March, and the Valley Forge Race and Sportsbook on 14 March.
