Pennsylvania’s nine licensed fantasy sports operators collected total participation fees of $48.1m during the first quarter of 2019.

This followed a solid performance in March when $14.9m in fees was collected from players in the state, an increase of 6 per cent compared to the previous month, according to the latest figures from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
