Athens-listed Intralot has reported an 8.5 per cent decline in group turnover to €192.7m for the first quarter of 2019, with declines across all business segments.
Intralot systems handled €5.6bn of worldwide wagers during Q1, a 12 per cent increase compared to last year, with North America wagers up 38 per cent to €1.6bn following the company' Illinois contract launch.
