West Virginia’s licensed sportsbooks generated total stakes of $5.9m in July, with Penn National Gaming’s Hollywood Casino at Charles Town continuing to dominate the market.
The three operational sportsbooks saw total sports betting stakes for the month ended 27 July decline by 20 per cent compared to the previous month’s $7.4m total.
Hollywood Casino generated total betting stakes of $4.6m in July, a decline of 15 per cent month-on-month.
