The Washington DC Inspector General has launched an investigation into whether the tender process that approved the DC Lottery’s i-gaming plans was open and above board.
The DC Lottery was due to launch real money online gambling in September but that has been put on hold while the Inspector General pens a report on the budget process and whether that was constitutional and open.
