Sports betting and fantasy contests operator DraftKings has offered a glimpse into its finances as it prepares to combine with technology supplier SBTech.
The business combination will create a pure-play sports betting and online gaming company based in the United States with a listing on Nasdaq and is expected to close in the first half of 2020.
