UK-based 3D slots developer BetSoftGaming has struck a deal to launch its full suite of games on Chumba Casino, a virtual world social casino platform operated by Australian start-up Virtual Gaming Worlds.
Chumba Casino will take on BetSoft’s Slots3 suite of 3D video slots, ToGo mobile games, table games and video poker, with the games expected to go live this month.
The site looks to combine elements of social casino gameplay such as microtransactions and achievements in order to engage players with iGaming mechanics, and is available as a free-to-play game on Facebook. It offers a range of slots, and uses the sweepstakes model to allow users to win cash prizes on the social network.
BetSoft head of product development Anthony Locke described Chumba Casino as “an entirely fresh take on the concept of iGaming.”

Virtual Gaming Worlds chief executive and founder Laurence Escalante said that with his company looking to ensure Chumba Casino provides a unique experience to players, BetSoft was a natural choice of partner.
“They are a proven market juggernaut, boldly leading the way with top level advancements - not only in the way the games look, but how they are played,” he explained. “We foresee a fruitful future in this partnership with BetSoft.”
Virtual Gaming Worlds was established in 2010, and aims to create a converged social and real-money gaming experience. It was originally conceived as a massively multiplayer social casino, and raised AUS$2.6m in funding last year to support the Facebook launch, despite a Kickstarter campaign being blocked by the crowdfunding site.
