Gibraltar-based marketing service provider Traffic Generation (TraffGen) has entered into a partnership with Win2Day.at, the iGaming brand jointly operated by Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries, while also agreement an extension to its deal to provide services to Action Gaming’s US-facing free-to-play VideoPoker.com brand.
TraffGen has already started working with Win2Day and will continue to provide the operator with a range of marketing and analytics services.
The supplier’s chief executive Andy Caras-Altas said that having worked with Win2Day for some time, the company was “extremely excited to be chosen to provide even more products and services to such a prominent and respected brand.”
Win2Day head of operation and business development Emmerich Hager added: “We are pleased to work with TraffGen's customer insight & marketing experts, and look forward to the exciting prospects this partnership will bring in 2014.”
Meanwhile, TraffGen has signed an extension to its existing agreement with Action Gaming, operator of the US free-to-play video poker brand VideoPoker.com.
The company will provide additional technology services to Action Gaming’s business, with its convergence platform, the Hub, becoming a core component of Action Gaming’s social platform.
TraffGen will develop a range of in-app functionality designed to increase player engagement rates, maximize monetization and improve cross-promotional capabilities.
It claims that the additional technology services will enable Action Gaming to improve integration with its VideoPoker.com business, release additional social functionality including targeted in-game player communications and cross-platform tournament management, while also increasing the speed of the platform’s development roadmap. In addition, it will optimize the gameplay experience and increase player values.
“Action Gaming is the market leader and biggest innovator in the US video poker market,” continued Caras-Altas. “We are delighted to be working with such a well-established brand and are confident that as a core component to its social platform the Hub will deliver excellent results.”
The deals are the latest high-profile partnership to be signed by TraffGen after the company signed Nevada-based games developer Spin Games and Australia’s Aristocrat Technologies for its Hub convergence platform in February this year and June 2013 respectively.
The Hub solution collates customer data from multiple verticals to provide operators with a single player view. It also features reporting and marketing systems to help companies improve player engagement, retention and development strategies, strengthening monetisation strategies.
