Gala Coral and Ruby Seven Studios have announced the launch of Magician Casino, a free-to-play mobile slots game launched under the Coral brand and based on three real-money slot games which have been repurposed as social casino games.

It follows the signing of a strategic partnership between the two companies in April of this year.

Magician Casino features three of Gala Coral’s real-money slot games, The Magician, Wild Magic and Jokers Gold, repurposed as social casino games. The new app is now available on Apple’s iTunes store and Google Play for Android devices.

The game features a character, The Magician, which accompanies the player through each of the three slot games, which feature expanding wilds, free spins and several unique mini-games. The slots have been designed with 3D animations and storylines, with several new titles created by Coral’s in-house game development studio to be rolled out in the coming months.

Coral E-gaming director Mark Kemp described the games in Magician Casino as “feature-rich, casino-style slots with colourful HD graphics.”

“[We] believe that alongside Ruby Seven’s excellent adaptation work to convert these games, the quality is above anything else currently available in the social gaming markets,” Kemp continued.

The partnership between Gala Coral and Ruby Seven was agreed in April this year, the deal to be signed by the San Francisco-based studio. The company’s TimeQuest Slots, launched through a partnership with Bluhare Studios, is currently one of the top 5 games overall on Google Play, while it secured a $3.5m investment from casino operator Rush Street Gaming in January this year.

“This is an excellent platform to build on and, coupled with Coral’s own extensive and expanding library of UK slots and casino games, will allow us to reach international markets and customers, specifically in the US and Australia, as well as the UK with our newest and best games," he added.
