A social games developer targeted by the Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) for illegally offering gambling-style mechanics through one of its titles has been forced to make changes to prevent Belgian players from accessing elements of the game.

As reported by Gaming Intelligence last week, the BGC filed a report with Belgian authorities, seeking to have the company in question, Machine Zone, prosecuted for offering a number of elements more commonly found in games of chance in its strategy title Game of War.
