MGM-backed social casino studio PLAYSTUDIOS has partnered US low-cost airline Allegiant Air to redeem loyalty currency raised through its myVEGAS-branded apps for travel and holiday packages.
Through the partnership, players of myVEGAS mobile slots, mobile blackjack and its Facebook app will be able to travel to Orlando and Las Vegas, win complimentary plane tickets, service upgrades and travel discounts through the Real World Rewards programme.
PLAYSTUDIOS chief executive and founder Andrew Pascal described Allegiant Air as an exciting new rewards partner.
“With their focus on leisure travel, Allegiant connects 100 US cities with popular vacation destinations,” he said. “We know that our community of loyal myVEGAS players is going to be very excited to access these new travel rewards.”
Brian Davis, vice president of marketing for Allegiant Air parent Allegiant Travel Company, said he was looking forward to launching its new partnership with PLAYSTUDIOS.

The deal further expands the Real World Rewards programme, which already offered prizes from a variety of travel, leisure and entertainment partners such as the MGM Grand and Bellagio casinos, chef Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant empire, and popular act Cirque du Soleil. It also offers complimentary hotel stays, meals and show tickets.
