London-listed gaming technology supplier GameAccount Network has released its latest online slot for its US social gaming offering, the seventh game to be delivered online by Chicago-based supplier Incredible Technologies.

Medusa: The Quest of Perseus has been rolled out for GameAccount’s Simulated Gaming offering in the US.

It is the seventh Class III slot machine from Incredible Technologies to be brought online by GameAccount, with the two companies having worked together since 2013.

“Incredible Technologies have a unique approach to slot design with games that have visually rich experiences and interactive bonus features that can then be leveraged online, particularly onto mobile Internet gaming devices like smartphones and tablets,” said Tom O’Halleran, product director of GameAccount Network.

“When brought to life online, the richer audio visual experience engages with a wider mass-market online player demographic, as we have seen with games like Crazy Money and King of Bling being favourites of players from the age of 24 all the way up to 101."

Within 72 hours of the new game’s launch, GameAccount revealed that Medusa had attracted 95 per cent more spins than Incredible Technologies previous title, Robin Hood: Riches of Sherwood Forest, and over 500 per cent more bets than the average of the previous six Incredible Technologies games launched by GameAccount.

The supplier expects to launch Medusa: The Quest of Perseus for real-money play in New Jersey during autumn.

“GameAccount has been a successful partner for IT,” said Dan Schrementi, VP, gaming sales and marketing at Incredible Technologies. “We design games that are exciting and different with robust mathematical features and GameAccount has proven the ability to deliver a matching experience online.

“As GameAccount’s online casino markets continue to overlap with our ever-growing land based footprint, the reach is driving new player demand across markets. We’re excited to be bringing Medusa: The Quest of Perseus online with GameAccount – it’s a proven land based title with a unique experience for the online demographic. We look forward to more successful launches soon.”

Shares in GameAccount Network plc (Co. Data) (AIM:GAME) were trading at 57.50 pence per share in London earlier this morning.
