Platform provider Leander Games has finalised a partnership with Swedish betting exchange SpiffX to distribute its new live betting product Take 5 via the Leander remote gaming server.

SpiffX’s Take 5 is a high turnover game focused on football, where players place a bet on whether a goal will be scored in the next five minutes of play during a match, at odds of 5-1.

The game will be distributed via Leander’s LeGa RGS, giving SpiffX access to a wide range of potential new customers.

“We are delighted to introduce the first of SpiffX’s consumer targeted games to the LeGa offering,” Leander Games chief executive Steven Matsell said. “It allows us to further broaden our offering to operators, with an in-play football betting product that has large potential for acquisition and conversion.”

Listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, SpiffX runs a marketplace for users to manage price and risk strategies when dealing with odds.

It offers a range of solutions, including Spiffindex for hedging price, and Darkpool for hedging risk, with its service available as an application programme interface for integration with other platforms.

“The Leander-SpiffX collaboration is a compelling one that offers differentiation in the marketplace,” SpiffX founder Lennart Gilberg said of the partnership. “Take 5 is the first of our web and mobile applications and marks the start of our entry into this arena.”
