Eastern European gaming operator Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) is aiming to consolidate its position in core markets and expand into new territories with the help of NYX Gaming Group.

OEG has signed a long-term deal with the supplier to integrate NYX's Open Gaming System with its iGaming platform, giving it access to games such as Doubleplay SuperBet, Jackpot Jester 50,000 and Gorilla Go Wild, among other titles.

Under the terms of the agreement, OEG will also deploy NYX content across its land-based estate.

OEG said that the deal complements its existing iGaming offering in the Baltic States, while allowing it to move into new territories as regulations permit.

"We have chosen to partner with NYX to gain access to a wide selection of game content which will help us effectively address the variety of needs and demands from customers across our territories," said OEG managing director of online operations and sports betting Veiko Krünberg. "We have been delighted with a friendly and active partnership throughout the delivery period."

NYX executive vice president of business development David Flynn added: "Olympic Entertainment Group is one of the fastest growing groups in the Omni-channel space, having gained significant market-share and winning several awards in the categories of service quality and competitiveness.

"We are very excited that OEG has chosen the NYX Open Gaming System  to build its future upon," he explained. “Through our partnership, they will be working with one of the world's most flexible gaming platforms and responsive teams in the digital gaming market."

Shares in NYX Gaming Group Ltd. (Co. Data) (TSX:NYX) closed in Toronto Tuesday unchanged at CAD$1.61 per share.
