A Swedish player on the Unibet-owned Maria Casino brand has become the latest to win a multi-million Euro jackpot while playing NetEnt’s Mega Fortune Dreams slot game.

The unnamed 62-year-old man recently won €4.02m through the popular Mega Fortune jackpot game.

“This is why we do, what we do,” said Simon Hammon, chief product officer at NetEnt. “We’re delighted that a NetEnt game has helped create yet another multi-millionaire and gives another fantastic casino the opportunity to reward their loyal players.”

There have been a number of big jackpots paid out by NetEnt this year through its series of Mega Fortuna games, including a €4.9m payout to a Betsson player in September and a €4.0m payout to a player on Betsson’s CasinoEuro.com brand in August.

In addition, a Casumo player won €3.0m in July, a LeoVegas player won £3.0m in May, and a Paf.com player won €3.4m in January.

Shares in NetEnt AB (Co. Data) (STO:NET-B) were trading down 1.57 per cent to SEK68.75 per share in Stockholm earlier Monday.
