British bookmaker Betfred has rolled out Rush Darts Live, the latest on-demand virtual sports game from Inspired.

Rush Darts Live features virtual depictions of some of the sport's best-known figures, including former World Champion Dennis Priestly, former world number one John 'Boy' Walton and Peter Manley.

Players are able to select their own contestant match-ups, creating a range of 'clash of the titans' contests, with a variety of bet markets including wagering on the match winner, whether a player will hit 180, and the score on the next three darts.

Betfred has rolled out the game via Inspired's Virgo Remote Gaming Server, making available across desktop and mobile devices.

"It's fantastic to see Inspired's latest on-demand Virtual Sports product is now live with Betfred," Inspired chief commercial officer for digital games Steve Rogers said. "Our Rush Live portfolio of games have been specifically developed for digital platforms, and I have no doubt that Rush Darts Live will prove popular with Betfred's mobile and online customers.

"Featuring legends of the game and the opportunity to place in-play bets, Rush Darts Live is the first on-demand darts product of its kind, and what better moment to launch than as the PDC World Championships kick off," he added.

Betfred has offered its players Inspired's virtual titles since 2001, with virtual football and golf games added to its offering earlier this year.

"Following the success of Rush Football Live and Rush Golf Live, both of which launched with earlier this year, we're delighted to be bringing yet more compelling on-demand virtual sports content to our customers," managing director Rakesh Chablani said.

"Inspired's Rush Live products are a unique and exciting addition to Betfred's online offering, and we look forward to bringing yet more on-demand product variants to customers in the New Year."
