Casino operator MGM Resorts International has agreed a strategic partnership with Gamblit Gaming to launch skill-based casino games at its venues.

Having recently gone live with several Caesars properties, Gamblit will now bring its skill-based gaming tables to the MGM Resorts portfolio, beginning with the LEVEL UP gaming lounge at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

"We're excited to continue to evolve the casino space through our partnership with MGM Resorts with its incredible reach and mutual drive toward innovation,” said Gamblit Gaming CEO Eric Meyerhofer. “MGM Resorts shares our objective of bringing ground-breaking entertainment experiences that engage customers in an entirely new way.”

Gamblit's Model G interactive game tables are now live at the Las Vegas Strip casino, with games such as Gamblit Poker and Cannonbeard's Treasure currently available to players.

"MGM Grand has developed an exciting, interactive community gaming space that offers players the opportunity to compete against one-another," said Scott Sibella, MGM Grand’s president and chief operating officer. "We are committed to keeping our gaming experiences fresh and exciting for our guests and our partnership with Gamblit Gaming brings this vision to life."

Gamblit is awaiting final regulatory approval to launch new hardware and games at additional MGM properties in Las Vegas in the near future.

"I grew up in video game arcades – and loved LEVEL UP at MGM Grand at first sight,” said Darion Lowenstein, chief marketing officer of Gamblit Gaming. “Its fun and social environment is a perfect fit for Gamblit's high-energy, arcade-like gaming experiences."
