Greentube, the interactive arm of Novomatic Group, has expanded into Italy's regulated iGaming market through a partnership with London-listed gaming operator GVC Holdings.

It follows a deal agreed by the two companies in February last year, which saw GVC roll out Greentube's portfolio of games across its leading casino brands in a range of markets.

Under the terms of the new agreement, the operator will add Greentube's slot titles to its casino offering on bwin.it via the Novo Remote Gaming System platform.

The new launch includes popular games such as Book of Ra, Lucky Lady's Charm and Sizzling Hot, as well as Apollo God of the Sun, Faust and Golden Sevens.

"We are thrilled to announce our first customer in Italy by expanding our partnership with GVC," said Michael Bauer, chief financial officer and chief games officer at Greentube. "Our games are particularly strong in the Italian land-based market and we are therefore very happy to open our portfolio to Italian customers online."

GVC chief product officer Liron Snir, added: "We are continuously looking to improve our customer offer in regulated markets around the world.

"Novomatic's games portfolio has already provided a big hit with our customers in other international markets and it's exciting that our Italian customers will now get to enjoy them too."
