This week has seen new slots released by Microgaming, SA Gaming, Pixiu Gaming, IGT and Pragmatic Play, integrations for Evolution Gaming, Wazdan, and OneTouch, as well as a new football betting competition from operator BetVictor.


Isle of Man-based supplier Microgaming has announced the release of its latest slot Exotic Cats.

Set deep in the jungle, Exotic Cats is a five by three reel, 243 ways online slot featuring vertical wilds and a host of majestic creatures including a lion, tiger, panther, leopard and cougar guarding the reels and acting as symbols.

In the base game and the free spins round, the vertical wilds feature can be activated if the player lands the exotic cat symbol on the reel that is being protected by its corresponding species – the lion on the first reel, the tiger on the second, the panther on the third, the leopard on the fourth and the cougar on the fifth reel.

When the cat symbol lands on its associated reel, the big cat guarding it will spring to life and turn the entire reel wild to create winning combinations that can reveal generous prizes. Malta-based slots developer Pragmatic Play has launched its latest Irish-themed slot game with the release of Leprechaun Song.

Set in the green fields of the Leprechaun’s homeland, the 3x5 game features a jaunty Celtic tune and colourful Irish-themed symbols including the leprechaun’s hat, pots of gold and pints of stout.

When the Leprechaun sings, treasure chests can be triggered raining wilds and giant symbols. On entering the bonus round, a random feature will be triggered, including giant roaming symbols or free spins, and the possibility of a progressive free spin cycle.

London-based iGaming consultancy Pixiu has joined forces with games developer The Games Company (TGC) to launch a new game on, the iGaming site of the Canadian provincial lottery operator.

Lucky Lily Jackpot Keno is the second game released by Pixiu in collaboration with Loto-Québec (LQ), and includes a progressive jackpot and a 5 Lucky Lilies prize at every draw, offering players multipliers of up to 16 times their bet.

SA Gaming

Asian-facing supplier SA Gaming has launched its latest slot with the release of Double Happiness.

The 3x5-reel slot plays 243 ways, and is based on the five-fold happiness concepts in traditional Chinese culture - luck, prosperity, longevity, happiness and wealth.
The game includes the supplier’s Wild Substitute, which can appear on the second, third and fourth reels to give players huge winnings.

Double Happiness is also paired with a new Double Reel feature. This appears at every game; at the start of a spin, there are at least two adjacent reels identically duplicated. Reel duplication can be applied on up to 4 reels, creating big prizes in pairs for players.

International Game Technology (IGT)

New York-listed supplier IGT has partnered Sony Pictures Entertainment to launch a new land-based 4D slot game based on supernatural comedy franchise Ghostbusters.

Based on the original 1984 film, the Ghostbusters game has initially been rolled out at venues across three US states, including D Las Vegas ((Nevada), Bear River Casino in Loleta (California), Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque (New Mexico), and Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park (California).

Ghostbusters 4D leverages IGT's True 3D technology to deliver 3D graphics without the use of glasses, and features ghostly characters such as Slimer, the Terror Dogs, and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

The game also includes classic movie footage from the film, featuring the Ghostbusters, Zuul, the Terror Dogs, Slimer, and Ecto-1 among others.

Evolution Gaming

Online casino operator has agreed a deal to integrate live casino content from Evolution Gaming.

The supplier’s live casino products, including Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat, will all be integrated by the operator, as well as Evolution’s Casino Hold ‘em, Three Card Poker and Dream Catcher games.

SoftGamings platform comprises more than 3,000 games from more than 40 gaming suppliers, including NetEnt, Microgaming, BetSoft, Endorphina, Habanero, Booming Games and WorldMatch among others.

Wazdan will provide the supplier with its portfolio of over 110 games, including Fruits Go Bananas, Spectrum, Great Book of Magic Deluxe, Sizzling 777 Deluxe, Hot Party Deluxe, Corrida Romance Deluxe, Football Mania Deluxe, and Highway to Hell Deluxe. Table games developer OneTouch has agreed to provide a range of its games to Solid Gaming’s Asian-facing content aggregation platform.

Solid Gaming will distribute OneTouch’s portfolio of mobile titles, including No Commission Baccarat, Banker Commission Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and the newly released Russian Poker game.

Gibraltar-based betting and gaming operator BetVictor has launched a new competition, Best Bet Wins, ahead of the start of the new Premier League season this weekend.

Best Bet Wins replaces Golden Goal, which the operator has been running for the last two seasons, and works in the same way as the successful World Cup campaign, The Million Pound Bet, with the customer who has a winning single bet with the biggest odds scooping the £5,000 prize fund.

A real-time leaderboard will allow customers to track their own progress in the competition and see what bets are currently leading.
