New York-listed gaming and lottery provider Scientific Games has expanded its presence in the regulated New Jersey iGaming market with Kindred Group.

Scientific Games has rolled out its Open Gaming System (OGS) and Open Platform System (OPS) in New Jersey with the Stockholm-listed operator, giving customers of Kindred’s Unibet brand access to a broad selection of high-quality games and a feature-rich platform.

The Unibet brand launched online in New Jersey in early June.

“We continue to embed both our OPS account platform and our two-sided game aggregation network OGS at the heart of the industry,” said Dylan Slaney, SVP casino and platforms at SG Digital.

“Our teams have worked tirelessly to bring the world’s best content and platform technology to one of the industry’s biggest names, fueling their success in both established markets and burgeoning spaces like New Jersey. Kindred players will reap the benefits of truly next level experiences from top-tier content, fresh in-game mechanics, and immersive features.”

Manuel Stan, SVP USA at Kindred Group, commented: “Partnering with Scientific Games to bring world-class content and back-end functionality to New Jersey is a big win as US iGaming gains traction. We’re excited to elevate the player experience in New Jersey using the OGS and OPS platforms.”

Shares in Scientific Games Corp. (NSQ:SGMS) closed in New York Tuesday down 4.87 per cent at $20.10 per share, while shares in Kindred Group plc. (STO:KIND-SDB) were trading down 0.22 per cent at SEK55.58 per share in Stockholm early Wednesday morning.
