France’s broadcast regulator, Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel (CSA), has sent formal notices to a number of national television broadcasters who have breached regulations passed last year, which allowed for the broadcast of gambling advertisements as long as they were not within 30 minutes of programmes aimed towards children and young persons.
