The gambling domain names seizure case in Kentucky rolls on more than two years after the start of civil action on behalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with lawyers representing both sides of the dispute filing briefs Tuesday.

Lawyers representing the Commonwealth filed brief in Franklin County Circuit Court portraying the Interactive Gaming Council (IGC) and Interactive Media Entertainment & Gaming Association (iMEGA) as “illegal gambling organisations” whose purpose is to protect the identity of “admittedly criminal actors”.
