Calvin Ayre, the flamboyant founder of online gaming group Bodog, has been indicted in the United States along with three other individuals on charges of conducting an illegal sports betting business and conspiring to commit money laundering.

Following the seizure of the domain early Tuesday, authorities in Maryland unsealed the federal grand jury indictment against Bodog Entertainment Group and its founder Calvin Ayre, as well as James Philip, David Ferguson and Derrick Maloney.
