UK bookmaker William Hill will complete the acquisitions of three U.S land-based bookmakers next week, following its unanimous approval by the Nevada Gaming Commission (NGC) to operate within the state of Nevada.

At the NGC’s meeting in Las Vegas yesterday, William Hill and a number of its senior management team, including chairman Gareth Davis, CEO Ralph Topping, CFO Neil Cooper and General Counsel Thomas Murphy, were all unanimously granted non-restricted gaming licences.
