The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has confirmed a life ban for Serbian tennis player David Savic, upholding last year's  ruling by the Tennis Integrity Unit (TIU) which found him guilty of match-fixing.

The TIU initiated the investigation against Savic in 2010 based on evidence it had received which suggested that he had made an approach to another tennis player to fix the outcome of matches.
