The Remote Gambling Association (RGA) and the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA), which together represent the majority of Europe’s leading online gaming operators, have again filed a complaint with the European Commission, this time regarding the non-notification of regulations by the Greek government.

The RGA and EGBA said that the complaint concerns the non-notification of regulations that will extend OPAP’s monopoly on online gambling and impose harsh enforcement measures while the compliance of the new law with EU law remains in question.
