The Australian government has today published its final report on the Review of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (IGA), recommending a number of harm minimisation measures which should be adopted, including the legalisation of tournament poker, the licensing of overseas operators, and limiting the payment of commissions to online gaming affiliates.

The final report, published Tuesday by the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, builds on the findings of the interim report published in May 2012 and incorporates the public comments received on that report.
