Indicted online poker operator Absolute Poker has reached a settlement with the US Department of Justice (DoJ) in which it will forfeit all the assets of Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet to the authorities.

The terms of the agreement, ratified by Judge Kimba M. Wood on Monday, state that Absolute Poker Group will hand over all assets “including property of all kinds” that is “presumed to represent an advantage in the marketplace, and anything having commercial or exchange value”.
