The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has adopted numerous amendments to the state's internet and mobile gaming regulations, with the new rules coming into effect on October 21st.

Following the end of a 60-day public consultation period which began in June, the DGE has adopted a host of amendments to the regulations covering a wide array of subjects including free-play games, player protection, payment processor licensing, affiliate and marketing activities, customer funds management and data security.
