The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has issued an advisory bulletin setting out restrictions on the offering of online gaming deposit bonuses, stating that such offers will not be permissible for at least the first 30-days following the public launch of regulated online gaming in the state.

Issued in response to queries from online gaming operators regarding marketing bonuses, the bulletin states that any marketing programmes approved for use in land-based casinos will also be allowed online from the launch date.
