Alderney’s gambling regulator, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC), has served 3D slots developer BetSoftGaming with a notice requiring it to suspend operations immediately.
The AGCC’s executive director André Wilsenach issued the supplier’s parent company, Digitus Limited, with the suspension notice Friday, under Regulation 91 of Alderney’s eGambling Regulations 2009, alongside a hearing notice under Regulation 90.
