US authorities have arrested 14 individuals for their involvement in an illegal sports betting business which generated millions of dollars a month through its operations across New York, New Jersey and Florida.
Rockland County (New York) District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said that the enterprise stretched from Rockland County to New York City and from Bergen County, New Jersey to Palm Beach, Florida.
