The US state of Minnesota has legalised advance deposit wagering (ADW) after legislation introduced in March this year was signed into law by state governor Mark Dayton.
The bill, HF3211, was signed into law by Governor Dayton after passing through the state House of Representatives, where it was approved with 120 votes in favour and five against, and the Senate, where 35 voted for and 29 against.
