The number of companies and associations hitting out at Congressman Chaffetz's federal bill to ban on iGaming in the US (the Restoration of America’s Wire Act) has grown, with the Democratic Governor’s Association and the Kentucky Lottery Corporation the latest to condemn the legislation.

In a letter to Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell, minority leader Harry Reid, Speaker of the House of Representatives John Boehner and House minority leader Nancy Pelosi, the DGA said the issue of iGaming was “best left to the states to decide and regulate.”
