A Pennsylvania representative has attempted to check the momentum towards iGaming legalisation by introducing a bill that would block any attempts by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to regulate online gaming.

Republican Representative Thomas Murt has introduced House Bill 1013, which looks to amend Titles 4 (Amusements) and 18 (Crimes and Offences) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.
