New Jersey’s gaming regulator, the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), has said that it will not take enforcement action against iGaming affiliates that have promoted unlicensed sites to customers in the state, provided that they cease all activities and come into full compliance with New Jersey law within a set period.

The regulator will agree to defer enforcement action should the affiliate completely cease promoting or marketing, directly or indirectly, illegal online gaming sites targeting US players within 150 days of the publication of the DGE’s Advisory Bulletin (June 4th).
