Pennsylvania lawmaker introduces bill to launch slots in airports

Pennsylvania state representative Nick Kotik has introduced legislation to authorise six of the state’s airports to operate slot machines within terminal boundaries.

Introduced last week, House Bill 1408 would amend Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and provide slot machines in qualified airports.

It will allow international airports located in Pennsylvania the option to work with existing licensed casinos to operate slot machines within its terminals. Specifically, the six applicable airports consist of Erie International Airport, [...]
