Lawmakers in New York state demonstrated a distinct lack of interest in online poker regulation Wednesday as a near empty Senate Racing, Gaming, and Wagering Committee heard testimony on iPoker.

Just three of the committee's 11 members attended Wednesday's hearing, with committee chairman Senator John Bonacic hearing most of the testimony alone after Senators Kathleen Marchione and Joseph Griffo left to attend to other business.
