Leading daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator FanDuel is facing further scrutiny after a National Football League (NFL) player filed a class action suit, accusing the company of exploiting the popularity and accomplishment of his, and all other, offensive skilled players in the competition.

The suit, filed late last week in the US District Court in Maryland by Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garçon, alleges that FanDuel “knowingly and improperly exploits the popularity and accomplishments” of the players.
