Daily fantasy sports (DFS) giants FanDuel and DraftKings are facing another class action suit, this time in Oregon, after a player accused the pair of running illegal gambling businesses in the state.

The suit has been filed in the Portland Division of the US District Court of Oregon by Brandon Peck, a resident of Polk County, on behalf of himself and more than 100 players who are alleged to have also lost money playing DFS games in the state.
