Indiana could become the second US state to regulate daily fantasy sports after legislation was approved by the House of Representatives and Senate, with the bill now headed to Governor Mike Pence for final approval.

Senate Enrolled Act 339, which designates paid fantasy sports as a game of skill, passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 82-12 and the Senate by 34-10. It was introduced by Senator Jon Ford in January.
